THE STATE OF EDUCATION

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.

These are just a few captions of the children that attends Agape Academie

Upon entering Picmy 1, we encountered many children who were in 3rd grade and up, that was not able to read nor write their names. At Agape Academie, we combat this problem by hiring qualified teachers who were able to teach the children,  increasing their abilities. We are proud to report that we have a high percentage of children passing their test in the classrooms,  as well as the graduating class passing the state test.

PROSTITUTION OR   EDUCATION? YOUR  DONATION WILL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

The cost of attending school is expensive for most Haitian  families, for the families in
La Gonave the price is worst. When education is not available, like most places in the world it is the young girls that suffers the most. Even sadder most girls are forced into prostitution by family members. UCAH is blessed to say, that with the help of donations we were able to provide education to girls who would have had no hope of escaping that life.
